Description

A scenic walk from Crone car park to Maulin and then descending along the Deerpark Trail to the Paddock Lakes. From here we cross the Long Hill road to the Ballyremon Commons and on to Glencap Commons. We will walk the shoulder of the Sugarloaf to Rocky Valley before descending to Berto's in Kilmac for well deserved refreshments perhaps to include a slice of Pizza.

Terrain & River Crossings

Forest trail, mountain tracks, some grassy paths and then some uneven rocky paths.

10 am start - meeting at Kilmac carpark to carpool to Crone wood
