Description; Starting at Crone Wood CP we join the WW and pass through Seskin Wood and along the Glencree River.We climb out of this green valley and continue on WW through Knockree Forest. A short road walk brings us to Curtlestown CP where we enter Curtlestown Wood. A steady climb leaves Ravens Rock on our right and Prince Williams Seat and Glencullen Mountain on our left. We continue on WW dropping down to Boranaraltry Bridge over the Glencullen River. Our final climb is up Cruck Lane to meet the R116 where the bus will pick us up. This is a very nice walk with varied terrain and two lovely river valleys.

Terrain & River Crossings: Forest paths,mostly wide and even but some narrow, rocky and uneven. Short road walk. The final KM or so is a forest road with new, rough surface dressing which can be sharp underfoot.
