Length: approx 11.6 km:   Climb: 245 m:     Duration hrs: 4
Description
Walk from Stump of the Castle car park just outside Rathdrum along Avonmore Way via Clara Vale to Laragh. 
Terrain & River Crossings

Mostly flat walk through woodland with a few steepish uphills. No river crossing:  Samuel Hayes bridge has been closed since January due to storm damage.
