Description 

Starting in Crone Forest car park the route follows the Wicklow Way to Ride Rock. Leaving the Wicklow Way, the route then follows a scenic path along  an upper level of Crone Woods, making a gradual accent to the summit of Maulin. 

Descending from Maulin through the Black Woods and onward along a middle level of Crone Woods, the route returns to the car park.
