Summary Baravore to Glenmalure via Cunavalla and Lugduf

Length 19.6 km:   Climb 780m:     Duration 7.0 hrs:
From Baravore to Glenmalure. -- Start point, Baravore carpark. Follow Avonbeg NW for 4 Km's. Then veer North East to pick up the river. Follow the river for 2.5 KM's then head west for Cunavalla. From here take the path for Lugduf. Then take the South East track through to Mulacor and finally a backroute through the  forest to Glenmalure for well earned pint.

Terrain & River Crossings

Open Mountain side cross country hiking, both intermittent and hill paths and hags as well as forest toads. Two river crossings...
