Description
Loop walk from Crone Wood over Maulin.
Start in Crone Wood car park and follow the wide forest path to Ride Rock.
From Ride Rock take the path through the woods to the gate just below Maulin. Continue through the gate to follow the path as it turns up to Maulin.
Descend from Maulin taking in the views till we come to just before the stone wall where the path swings right (SW), follow the path to the “Dead Tree”. At the “Dead Tree” enter the woods on the left (E) and follow the path to Ride Rock.
From Ride Rock follow the wide forest path back to the start.
