Summary

This is a B Hike from Clone Wood Curtlestown, up to Prince William Seat, across to Two Rock Mountain before finishing up in the Blue Light Pub.

NOTE: Kilmacanogue and Cherrywood pick up points are not available for this walk

Description

Disembark from Clone Wood Curtlestown and take the zigzags up to Prince William Seat.  Head North East to hit the Wicklow Way before walking down Baranaraltry Lane and take a left along the Ballybrack road for approx. 1.6 km. We then take a right at what looks like a driveway but joins us up to the Wicklow Way again and ascending onto Two Rock Mountain summit via the Dublin Mountain Way.  We then take the N.E track off the summit.  We hit the Ticknock View Point before taking the Purple road all the way down to the Blue Light Pub.

Terrain & River Crossings:

Forest Track, Mountain Tracks, Dirt Road, Asphalt and a portion (approx. 1.5km) on road.

Gear Recommendations

Poles / Gaiters / Hiking Boots and Dress for Winter.  There is a portion on the road so please bring a hi-vis vest if you have one.
