Leave paddock pond car park, join WW leave WW to ascend Djouce, rejoin WW, ascend white hill , leave the WW and handrail Ballinastoe Forest. traverse Barrack Hill , cross the Barrack River , ascend Masons Glen rejoining WW. Return to car park on forest track.
